Project Overview
Chase Widget is an exploratory project that extends the functional reach of the app to the home screen. It aims to provide shortcuts for customers to complete quick tasks on the go and stay on top of their financial health. For business objectives, we want to increase features’ discoverability and usages as well as deepen customers’ relationship with Chase. As the lead designer I worked with researchers on several use cases to improve the experience of the proposed designs.
